Protecting your company data is our absolute priority. Your workspace data is stored on highly secure servers provided by our partner LWS. Access to these servers is strictly controlled.
Thanks to our software architecture, your company's data (database, documents, configuration) is logically isolated from that of other clients. No user from another subdomain can access your information.
All communications between your device and our servers pass through Cloudflare's network and are protected by robust SSL/TLS encryption on every exchange with the platform.
You retain full intellectual and commercial ownership of the data entered into the Vukacore ERP. If you terminate your subscription, we provide you with a complete export tool for your accounting and operational data.
Your browser uses a session cookie (a technical identifier) strictly necessary for your authentication and for the platform to work properly; it is not used for advertising targeting. On our public online store, your browser's local storage temporarily remembers your cart contents before checkout. A more advanced local-first mode, letting you keep working during a network outage and then automatically sync data on reconnection, is under development; this policy will be updated in detail once it ships, before it is activated for client accounts.
