Creating your workspace, your structures (headquarters, branches, subsidiaries), users and their permissions, then activating the modules that match your activity — those, and only those, you need.
Deliverable: active workspace, structures and permissions configured, modules activated.
Integrating your current files: customers, suppliers, items, inventory, and opening balances, so you start with a complete base rather than an empty one.
Deliverable: complete initial database, ready to use.
Hands-on training by role — accounting, sales, purchasing, cash register, payroll. The Learning Center stays available afterward for self-service, so you can train a new hire without calling us.
Deliverable: teams trained by role, access to the Learning Center.
Switching over to everyday use, with a support channel built into the platform, backed by the contact form for requests outside everyday use.
Deliverable: platform in production, support available on an ongoing basis.
Only the modules matching your activity are activated at setup. You can add or remove them afterward, from Settings > Modules & Pricing, with no need for another deployment.
Data migrated in, and data produced afterward, belongs to you and stays exportable. No data is ever held hostage by a subscription.
